During my journey, I had the opportunity to work in legacy banking software, modern websites, mobile applications, OCR & RPA tools, new generation microservices, GraphQL APIs, and even embedded software running on mobile barcode readers. This wide range of technology experience gives me a better understanding of new domains and allows me to perform in any tech stack. For the last 5 years, I have been working as a manager and performing management skills in combination with my engineering expertise. During this period, I led the development of awesome projects with cutting-edge technologies aligned with company priorities and processes, contributed to organizational transformation efforts, and formed new teams by hiring talented engineers; I've also experienced growing and guiding existing teams in their digital, cultural, and organizational transformation journey. Starting from the summer of 2021, I joined Udemy to help their mission of improving lives through learning. My personal OKR is "always-learning" and I excel at learning new things; I can learn and implement anything if I see that it brings a superior solution for our clients and company.
