      I am responsible for the distribution centers in Istanbul. I ensure the smooth progress of logistics processes with a focus on cost and efficiency, as well as overseeing the supervision of 3PL processes. In addition to the Istanbul warehouses, I also oversee the logistics processes in Izmir and Antalya. Together with my team, I manage the entire range of logistics operations, including expansion, procurement, and maintenance and repair processes. In the expansion department, we increase the pallet capacity and square meter efficiency of existing warehouses, as well as enhance distribution efficiency with new distribution centers. In the procurement side, we make decisions regarding all capex and opex processes of the logistics department while maintaining close collaboration with 3PL.
