Alexander Göbel’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, venture capital (both on the company as well as on the investor side) and private equity transactions. His expertise also includes corporate, commercial, contract and technology law. Alexander has particular knowledge of the technology sector and also serves as NKF’s LegalTech Officer. He completed his studies in law and business administration in Germany, Switzerland and the USA and is admitted to the bar in Switzerland. Before joining NKF, Alexander spent three years at the Berkman Center at Harvard Law School as a Visiting Researcher.
