I am an Amsterdam based partner in the global tax group of A&O Shearman. I specialise in Dutch and international tax law. In addition, I advise clients in relation to innovative legal solutions beyond tax (e.g. regulatory, structured finance and real estate related). My practice focuses on advising clients on the tax aspects of private and public M&A, public offerings (equity and debt), real estate, infrastructure and energy related transactions and other major corporate transactions, including spin-offs, international restructurings and joint ventures. I litigate tax disputes as well.
