I am an experienced professional with a background spanning state government, nonprofit leadership, and global finance, with a passion for driving social impact, equity, and access to opportunity. My work has focused on building programs and partnerships that elevate underrepresented communities, particularly within the Asian and Pan-Asian professional space, and on advancing diversity and inclusion at an institutional level. Key highlights of my career include: - Leading national executive networks and campaigns to increase board representation for Pan-Asians in leadership. - Launching the California State Treasurer’s first external affairs team to expand outreach, communication, and public engagement across millions of constituents. - Created and implemented a structured internship and mentorship initiative at the California State Board of Equalization and State Treasurer’s Office, serving high school and college students.
