Temporary Appointment/Support to UNHCR Representation in Romania - Admin/Programme Unit, in areas such as Supply, HR, implementation of Multi-Functional Team (MFT) approach to programme management: - in compliance with UNHCR Fin. & Procurement rules, supported and coordinated supply activities incl. competitive bidding processes for the procurement of goods and services (e.g. translation & interpretation services) required to meet identified needs; - prepared and issued relevant tender documentation and provided F/U throughout the initiated tendering process; - collected and tabulated bids/offers received in relation to RFQs/RFPs, prepared the necessary documentation folder for review of Technical/Fin.
