I focus on the roles that matter most when investors need speed, discipline, and results. Most of my work today is with PE-backed software, fintech, AI, and tech-enabled services companies, but I also partner with venture-backed and public tech companies when they’re facing similar leadership inflection points. The through line is simple: high-stakes transitions where the right executive changes the trajectory of the business. Before joining Artico, I spent seven years at Egon Zehnder advising PE firms, boards, and CEOs on critical leadership appointments, succession, and senior team performance. I’ve supported operating partners, talent leaders, and investment teams through the full cycle: diligence, first-100-days plans, CEO/CFO upgrades, and long-term leadership strategy. I’m also the host of The Art of Excellence, where I’ve interviewed more than 120 world-class leaders, performers, scientists, athletes, explorers, and trailblazers. Those conversations, combined with my own operating background, shape how I evaluate leaders and coach them to raise their impact. Earlier in my career I founded and sold a Silicon Valley startup, worked in strategy and finance at Walt Disney Imagineering, and advised clients at Goldman Sachs. Those experiences gave me a practical feel for how real operators think and how they lead when pressure is high. My work today is about helping investors and Boards choose the right executives and helping those executives succeed.
