Sales specialist with more than 9 years of experience in sales in the Oil, Gas and (Petro-)Chemical market. I am very familiar with lead and sales funnel management, contract negotiation with both greenfield projects and existing customers, and developing tailor-made technical installations together with the customer. ---------------- Inside sales manager with 4 years management experience. For my current role, I had to set up a new sales channel and sales team from scratch. I developed the strategy and objectives, defined a backbone structure, integrated a lead management flow into Salesforce for the Benelux market, determined valuable KPIs, staffed & grew the entire team to 13 inside sales specialist, etc. In this role I am constantly working on team management, process optimization & simplification, KPI management, change management and conflict management. ---------------- As a former account manager at Air Liquide Benelux, I'm passionate about offering all-in solutions for our customers' processes through the application of industrial gasses. In the world of gases, I also take a particular interest in the green hydrogen market with electrolysis, fuel cells, mobility etc. My experience allows me to support you in the optimization of different industrial processes and equipment in different sectors for example: BLANKETING Inertisation of storage areas and production processes, e.g. ships, storage tanks, containers etc. LASER WELDING, CUTTING, MACHINING & THERMAL COATINGS A good knowledge of the gases required for both cutting and laser/arc welding, with a focus on optimizing productivity and costs. PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) A good knowledge of the gases required for printing circuit boards, with a focus on protection of the pcb, optimizing productivity and reducing costs. HYDROGEN Industrial applications such as hydrogenation, thermal treatment, desulphurization of petroleum derivatives. Furthermore we’re eager to be the leader in hydrogen mobility projects.
