My time here was spent working on a project team for a high level government contract. My main responsibilitys here would be to answer incoming calls from my client in a quick and professional manner with this I would have to find out what the actual problem is that the user is experiencing. I would then proceed to use a wide range of tools to try and fix the issue or supply a temporary work around for the user. If I was unable to fix the issue there and then I would send the issue forward to the correct team. During my time here I was also part of a project team for my client which assisted with the technology roll out across many of the clients estates . The ticketing system we would use to log all the issues was service now

My main responsibilities were looking after customers ensuring they were safe during the building and the queue outside the building ensuring social distancing guidance was met. Another way of keeping all the staff and customers were kept safe was ensuring deep cleans of the building and the outside was conducted regularly. Each day was different and once the customers were in the building i could be on registration collecting the customers information correctly, or i could be in the test zone talking the customers through the test making sure it was done correctly. I could also be on test processing ensuring the tests were done correctly, the final test operative role i could do is also recording the tests at the correct time. I also had to deal with many customers who suffered from a language barriers . During my time I also acted as shift lead on numerus occasions which meant i had to check and keep stock levels to a standard and help coordinate staff breaks, i also had to help deal with any enquires from staff or customers.
