Leading the EMEA finance team of a Top Premium brand in the FMCG industry. A member of the EMEA KitchenAid leadership team. Reporting to the Global KitchenAid CFO and EMEA KitchenAid GM. Ownership of all EMEA financial controls and finance teams: Accounting & Tax (US GAAP and statutory for 8 legal entities), Credit & Collection, Accounts Payables, Controlling (Commercial & Cost) and Compliance. P&L management (profitability and cost governance) and FCF as key decision drivers. Leading KitchenAid EMEA Carve out, out of Whirlpool EMEA business (new SAP implementation, set up of 7 new legal entities in different EMEA countries, transition of SSC tasks to local team, hire new team, implement new corporate reporting as KitchenAid global is being reported as separate business segment during the investors calls). April 2023 - April 2024 Chairman of the BOD pension committee for Belgium (KitchenAid & Whirlpool).
