Over the past decade, I have built a career leading strategic education initiatives, developing pathways between secondary and tertiary sectors, and championing student growth and success. Now, I am expanding that work in new directions. I have begun the certificaiton process for Becoming You by Suzy Welch through the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing - a methodology grounded in values, aptitudes, and economic viability. This marks a deepening of my commitment to purpose-led development, strengths-based education, and helping others align who they are with what they do. I am especially energised by work that blends creativity, strategy, and impact. Whether within education or beyond it, I am drawn to opportunities that make things better, more human, more aligned, and more future-ready.
