Responsible for the development and management of the IS applications development “factory” to ensure appropriate IS support is provided for all project, client and BAU change activity. Overall accountability for the development, test and user experience teams including strategic partners in both India and Vietnam to support the business portfolio and roadmap. Built and managed a flexible software development factory using 'Agile methods' to drive innovation and quality up. Supported the wider Hermes IS strategy with responsibility and ownership of the applications development and testing strategy. Responsible for the mentoring, coaching, management and staff development utilising a range of talent management techniques.
