Focus of efforts have been to drive K&W’s transition from small or large business status, by refocusing and diversifying business development, implementing a Federally compliant accounting and information technology (IT) systems, development of standard operating policies (SOPs), development and implement health & safety systems, strengthen human resources, and compliance related business systems to support additional growth.
