As Chief Financial Officer, Glen is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, balance sheet management, and financial and accounting services for the firm worldwide. His role is critical in managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring robust financial strategies are in place to support Trimont’s growth and stability. He is chairperson for the firm’s Risk Committee and serves on the firm’s 401K, Compensation, Pricing, Security and Technology Change Committees. Glen has more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, including 25 years specific to commercial real estate. Previously at Trimont, Glen also served as Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Trimont in 2017, he held senior finance roles at T5 Data Centers, Dewberry Capital and Lend Lease Corporation, after starting his career at Price Waterhouse. Glen’s career includes senior roles in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. His corporate finance experience includes construction, property, asset and portfolio management, acquisition, development and capital raising across the office, retail, hospitality, multifamily and data center asset classes.

Responsible for leading the finance and accounting team at T5 focusing on accounting leadership, process and system improvement, financing, pro-forma budgeting across all business lines and supporting the overall capital strategy. I serve on the Executive Committee for T5 and I am responsible for implementing and leading an efficient integrated shared services finance platform that supports all T5 lines of business.
My responsibilities included overseeing all construction financial operations, reporting and controls including managing revenue growth, executing cost savings, financial analysis and continual comprehensive evaluation of financial reporting and accounting frameworks. Role initially based in London, prior to be transferred to Sydney to the Corporate Head Office.
