I'm a Brand & Creative marketer with 15+ years of experience. I worked in the most remarkable Advertising Agencies in Brazil before moving to the Middle East in 2016, to join Y&R Amman as Senior Art Director. In July 2019 I made a big move in my career, shifting from Ad Agencies to the Client-Side, being responsible for setting brand strategies and overseeing creative outcomes. I have been creating for global brands, always focused on integrated communication. Proactive and multi-tasker I believe in teamwork as the key to innovative results and I value personal relationships. Also, I think that sharing knowledge is just as important as having it. My experiences combine team and project management for Advertising, Branding, Graphic Design, Promo & Activation, Live Marketing, and also Strategic Planning. Ah, I'm still a hands-on Creative/Art Director.
After building Careem's in-house agency - Careem Creative Studio, I'm now responsible for leading and maintaining the highest standards the department has set since its beginning. The Studio responds to marketing briefs from all Careem vertical services, such as Rides, Food, Groceries, Plus, and Pay. I’m also in charge of looking after Careem’s master and sub-brands strategies and creative direction, by setting and spreading best practices and guidelines across all the markets.

As a Creative Manager, I'd split my time between conceptualizing creative campaigns, setting brand strategies, managing the in-house design team, and also working in partnership with Advertising Agencies. At Virgin Mobile, I was responsible for the brand placement and its creative direction in both online and offline channels in order to increase the overall brand awareness and demand for products and services.
