I am a Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Construction Manager with over 35 years of international experience in the design, delivery, and supervision of major infrastructure projects. My career has spanned Eastern and Central Europe, Australia, Africa, Central America, the UK, and Ireland, contributing to more than 38 large and medium-scale projects by mid-2024. While I have specialised in railway engineering, my expertise also includes roads, bridges, and port infrastructure. This broad, global exposure has equipped me with the leadership, adaptability, and technical insight necessary to manage complex civil transportation projects effectively.
