• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy; particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law • Develops & Monitors the department’s budget • Monitors monthly HR Metrics/ KPI • Prepares APIVITA monthly reports for DERMA
Organization Development • Development of HR Metrics and Monitoring data per month • Creating Job Descriptions and updating Organizational Chart • Development of the company’s Grading System • Developing and updating all HR policies and procedures • Development and implementation of Annual Performance Management System • Responsible for the training and support of APIVITA SPAIN HR Department • Integration of APIVITA SPAIN data in SCAN HRMS Recruitment & Selection • Responsible for the Candidate Experience and Employer Branding • Responsible for Recruitment and Selection (Job Postings, CV Screening, Competency-based Interviews, Reporting) • Responsible for the implementation of e-recruitment platform (Workable) • Organizing and implementing the Induction Program for new colleagues “BEE On Board” • Recording data for each employee, including personal information, absences, supervisory reports on performance, reasons for terminations (exit interviews) etc. (SCAN HRMS) • Management of the Referral Program “Let them BEE On board” Learning & Development • Identifying Employees’ Training Needs and Proposing Developmental Actions • Developing and Monitoring the Learning & Development Annual Plan • Participating in the design of Digital On boarding in our e-learning platform Wellbeing • Responsible for employees Health and Safety initiatives • Organizing wellbeing activities (The Coach - Virtually Workout Platform, Psychological seminars, Health Nutrition Seminars) • CSR Initiatives; APIVITA Running BEES, Marathons Internal Communication • Participating in Employees Annual Engagement Survey • Participating in HR projects (HR Awards, Corporate Events etc) and volunteer activities • Creating corporate context through Mailchimp Payroll • Assisting in the Payroll Procedure • Coordinating the operation of ERGANI (hiring, dismissals, annual leaves, shifts, overtimes etc)
Aggizo is a center that helps children with emotional issues (eg school denial, depression) and learning difficulties through play and therapy. It also provides support to the parents. • Responsible for Recruitment & Selection (job posts, interviews, offer letters) • Offering career counseling to teens and adults • Management of yearly budget • Organizing seminars, events, and workshops • Managing the corporate web site and social media • Responsible for the performance evaluation for the therapists • Designing employee engagement surveys
