• Working in School Environment. • Support School User (School Leaders , Teachers and Students). • Troubleshoot for User's Devices Problem. • Provisioning User Desktop and Laptops. • Software Installation. • Server Room Maintenance. • Computer Labs Maintenance. • Classroom Projectors and Visualiser Maintenance. • Printer Management.
• Selling computer accessories (eg:power supply, LAN cable, computer hardware, printer & etc) • Advice customer on their requirement and provide more information on the products. Technical Role • Assist customer on their own devices and troubleshoot the problem, nevertheless giving suggestions to them whether they need to repair or replace with a new one. • Provide solution on how to take care on the products after repair.
