IntuBrite is a medical device start up based on a patented lighting technology. My responsibilities included managing multiple distributors, sales team recruitment, contract negotiations, trial management, direct sales, and IHN/GPO negotiations. End users included hospitals (OR, Anesthesia, and RT), EMS, and surgery centers in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. • Negotiated a two-year contract with the fifth largest health system in the country. • Doubled sales in the Western Region. • Vetted and retained additional distribution channels. • Realigned distribution and developed distribution pricing model. • Provided training, coaching, and leadership to distributors and sales representatives. • Conducted in-services and product meetings with key opinion leaders in cooperation with distributors and sales representatives.
