Led the transformation of Triumph-Seattle from one of Triumph’s worst performers in North America to a top dealership for sales and customer satisfaction (2018 and 2019). Promoted to General Manager in 2010 – during aftermath of the financial crisis - and established the reputation of Triumph-Seattle for doing one thing better than any competitor: Sales and service of the highest-quality European cycles and scooters. TEN YEARS OF CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT, INNOVATION, AND GROWTH • PERFORMANCE DURING COVID Triumph of Seattle did well, thanks to our model of hybrid retail for remote ordering, demos, and delivery of motorcycles. • BRANDING AND MARKETING INNOVATIONS: For example, we increased click-through rate (online lead gen) by pinpointing a key weakness in branding and marketing – for all motorcycle dealerships – all the competitors looked alike (stock photos) when posted to an online platform. • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Awarded Triumph Motorcycle's Top CSI Performer for the United States in 2019 representing a complete turn around the dealership customer experience. • PRICING: We replaced price discounting with better ways to engage customers, such as launch parties.
