IT project manager based in Amsterdam, working on world wide projects. Implementing PMO Standards and processes in the EU. Was resposible for the IT part of the Amsterdam Head quarters move from Schiphol WTC to the Symphony Building at the Zuid-as. I'm also the project manager for the implementation of a DMS system dealing with the property related documents. And at the moment I'm the Program manager for an IT Alignment program, that will make the IT department move to a Demand Supply organization. For the accounting department I implemented a in house bank system and I managed the process to change the bank accounts to another bank. The last 6 years I set up a new RPA team and created together with the team around a 100 robots using the UiPath platform. One of the projects was the interest calculation on the inter company loans in Europe (1200+ loans). I also have given PM trainings for the new PM’s in our team.
