Over 3.5 years at Türkiye İş Bankası, my experience has sat at the intersection of marketing and analytics. I've taken on roles where I actively use data, analytical thinking, and marketing strategy together. What drives me is finding the story inside the data, not just reporting numbers, but understanding what they reveal about customer behavior, market dynamics, and where the real opportunity lies. I naturally think in wholes: I connect the technical layer to the business layer, the insight to the strategy, the analysis to the decision. That's where I feel most in my element, turning complex data into a clear narrative and bringing it to the table. Across two divisions at Türkiye İş Bankası, I've built that muscle in different contexts: in commercial banking, working with big data and marketing models to drive SME market share growth; in transaction banking, focusing on cash management products analytics and behavioral customer profiling to deepen product adoption. I work with SQL and Python but what I'm really building is perspective. I'm continuously deepening my expertise in data science, driven by the belief that better questions lead to better strategies.
