I’m Gizem, a recent graduate of Dokuz Eylul University with a degree in Economics (English). Throughout my academic journey, I’ve actively led and contributed to national and international projects focused on sustainability, innovation, economics and, technology. I specialize in project development, strategic planning, and designing creative solutions for real-world challenges. 🌿 As a project manager and team member in programs such as Erasmus+, YGA x HSBC, Arya Women, and SODIMER, I have developed award-winning ideas, including sustainability projects that received national recognition. My focus areas include climate action, social inclusion, digital transformation, and community impact. 📒 I also co-founded Ballerion, a sustainable fashion brand where I managed e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and design. Most recently, I gained experience in the AI-driven recruitment industry, evaluating reports and enhancing candidate processes through technology. 🚀 I’m passionate about building value-driven, purpose-led initiatives and collaborating on projects that create social and environmental impact.
