• Optimize and analyze of all campaigns to maximize the CR, revenue and traffic ratio of all digital marketing channels including other 3rd parties. (Analytics, Qlikview,Adwords,Bannerify, Trendify) • Reporting daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and actual datas to Hong Kong team. • Responsible for implementation and analysis of all Google SEM, display and Youtube campaigns in cooperation with Google Ireland both for digital marketing and e-commerce department. • Define personalization & recommendation rules by using Insider and Emarsys. (Pop-up, Ribbon etc.) • E-mail marketing by using Emarsys tool. • Schedule and manage push notification sendings. (Insider) • Follow up and work collaboratively with agencies and other 3rd parties for e-commerce digital launch and integration process.
• Mail, SMS, App & Web push notification communication by providing segmentation and targeting (by using Visilabs, euro.message, Netmera interfaces) • Creating new campaign ideas for member reactivation, increase on number of mobile member/customer and frequent buyer and decrease customer churn • Optimize of these campaigns to maximize the read, click rates, CR, GMV and traffic ratio on 1to1 channels • Real time segmenting our campaigns based on our buyer behaviour and type • Managing the external parties (agencies, tool partners) • Enhancing the brand equity and recall by constructing effective campaigns • According to KPIs, manage daily/ monthly and annual budget. • Daily reporting for 1to1 campaigns • Quality check of the banners, e-mail templates, links • Reporting and analyzing campaigns by using web analytics, visilabs tools • Using A/B tests, optimize new mail designs • Writing and editing SMS and push notification texts and mail subjects
• Responsible for Google Adwords and 1to1 marketing operations • Work with digital agency for Google account. (Mixx Awords 2013 - Altın Mix) • Daily monitoring of traffic, revenue, cost and conversion rate for each marketing channels by using Adobe Omniture /Discover, Google Analytics, Adwords Editor and checking links and texts in the ads. • Working collaboratively with Affiliate agency and Criteo for remarketing ads • Analyse digital marketing channels to drive member acquisition, traffic and to increase both conversion rate and revenue. • Scheduling e-mail, SMS, Thumbnail and search channels according to dynamic category campaigns and performance metrics, managing the operational process of launches, preparing performance reports and developing strategic improvements accordingly • Preapearing daily channel reports for strategy team • Work closely with sales and planning department to define and plan 1to1 marketing efforts • Co-working with design team to own, update and evolve email templates & display banners • Brainstorming and developing potential TV, viral, guerrilla and outdoor campaigns for branding activities.
