• Responsible for E-commerce customers to reach their sales and growth targets in the Home Care Category. • Developing new plans by analyzing market share data (Nielsen) , Consumer Behaviour & Trends . • Preparation and execution of periodic customer plans by working with digital customer marketing and trade marketing departments. • Identifying customer needs and developing a joint business plan with customers. (with the involvement of customers, marketing and shopper marketing teams.)
• Reaching monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and profitability targets. • Performing regular field visits to be familiar with the pharmacy channel, to observe opportunities and maintain the dynamic. • Co-planning and monitoring customer activity plans and leading regular customer meetings with sales team. • Development and monitoring of channel sales reports. • Optimizing the distribution network, planning route plans for regional expansion and more effective cost management. • Planning existing and new distributor contracts, re-designing the route to market considering pharmacy structures, customer needs and market demands. • Organizing and implementing pharmacy fairs together with marketing teams. • Updating sales targets and incentives, creating new performance systems, planning route optimization, defining new KPIs and reporting these KPIs’ plans, optimizing portfolio (Pricing & SKU Segmentation) by supporting r2m targets.
• Performing regular customer visits, organizing orders according to targets and activity plans. • Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and profitability targets. • Updating and re-designing of all customers’ annual agreement terms, portfolios, promotion and launch plans. • Developing&Executing business and customers via full year joint business plan. • Allocating of trade marketing budgets efficiently. • Budget management of respective category and monitoring pricing policy. • Identifying customer needs and developing a joint business plan with key customers. (with the involvement of customers, marketing and shopper marketing teams.)
