Analyzing and testing business processes in BSH and Mercedes projects, - Ensuring timely completion of projects by effectively communicating with the software development team to identify customer needs, - Preparing documents for the addition of new features or updating existing systems by conducting requirement analysis in projects (creating workflows and user scenarios), - Increasing customer satisfaction by communicating with users, understanding their requests, and developing solution proposals, - Gathering requirements, ensuring the correct transmission of requirements and solutions to customers while considering software constraints, and obtaining approval, - Supporting the process of user acceptance testing.
