Working as International Sales Executive for Balkans& East Europe&Turkmenistan Responsible Countries: Poland, Bulgaria,Serbia, Albania, Romania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia Herzegovina, Czech republic, Hungary, Liuthania, Slovakia, Estonia, Montenegro and Turkmenistan. Job Description; 1)Business Development in these markets with an extrepreneurial approach 2)Reaching company monthly sales targets by: *Setting marketing plans and trade marketing activities *Keeping distributors product portfolio in optimum level by delisting or launching new products according to country needs and sales results * Monitoring the distributor stock and sales level monthly basis. 3)Setting pricing strategy for new customer and for new products by rivals shelf price and company price parity strategy 4)Searching for new business partners which fits company requirements 5)While entering a new country, managing all the process for any registration(FDA or ministry of health registration etc) or certificate need(free sale or health certificate etc). 6)Controlling distributor and market condition with ordered business visits 7)Monitoring P&L report monthly and taking action accordingly to reach company EBITDA targets
