Responsibility of Finance, Administration & Control department, Logistics and IT. Full setup of the Australian subsidiary to accomplish the acquisition of the former local importer: - design and implementation of the accounting and controlling system - build-up of finance team - compliance with local tax and legal frameworks - roll-out of new ERP in all departments, achieving a smooth transaction from of the existing business to the new organization. Full business turnaround to reach sustainable profitability.
- Responsibility of Finance, Administration&Control and IT functions of Pirelli Tyres Australia (annual turnover 90 mln Aud$), based in Sydney and covering Australia and New Zealand markets: financial statements reporting, month-end and rolling forecast reporting, yearly budget, tax and payroll calculation, credit and cash management, financial planning, management of relationship with external auditors. - Business controlling and support to Sales&Marketing and Supply Chain functions, through profitability analysis, new customers/business evaluation, review of commercial promotions and marketing budget. - Management of all HR administrative aspects.
Consolidation of data of 5 local entities in the region Asia-Pacific (turnover >500mln Usd), profitability analysis by product and by customer, financial planning, support to commercial teams, preparation of reporting for monthly meeting with Global CEO. Coaching to Japan's finance team to improve accounting system and reporting reliability (ad-interim CFO for Japan).
- Responsible of industrial and investments controlling for the production plants in China: preparation of monthly reporting; analysis of variations; short-term planning; preparation and presentation of the yearly and 5Y Industrial Plan. - Support to Production, Engineering, Process Quality and R&D departments. - Implementation of COPC standard e COPC actual SAP modules.
