I am an Italian-qualified lawyer based in Saudi Arabia, helping Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers on construction projects — particularly bank guarantees (including first-demand bonds) and related calling, variations, delay, termination, force majeure, and disputes through to arbitration. My work includes contract drafting and review, negotiation (mainly FIDIC), claims management (extra works, EoT, disruption, prolongation and acceleration), dispute strategy, and construction and commercial advice more broadly. My approach is practical and strategic: identify the issue early, protect the contractual position, and reduce exposure before a dispute escalates.
