Since I joined BD in 2013 I covered several Technical and Management roles of increasing responsibility, leveraging on 10 years of experience working in R&D for the Semiconductors and Healthcare Industries. Over the past years I had the opportunity of leading several organizations extending my expertise over multiple disciplines of Customer Support including 3nd Level Support, Technical Training, Depot Repair Operations as well as Planning and Dispatch Operations with continued focus on meeting commercial and customer expectations. Today I'm responsible for the relation with the Business Process Outsourcing partners (BPO) to ensure the expected support to the Life Sciences segment within EMEA. This includes the supervision of end-to-end BPO continuous improvement and processes transformation projects. I mange manage also the European Instrument Service Center (EISC). The EISC executes all the depot repair and reconditioning activities of BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions and BD Biosciences instruments and spare parts in Europe, including the related logistic operations.
