The Program Management Office is responsible for managing a $1.4 billion program for the design and construction of the new elevated south runway and the Terminal 4 Expansion at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. This include a new concourse with 14 swing gates, new 60,000 sf offices for BCAD, new SSCP with 10 screening lanes, an expanded FIS facility, a new CBIS and CBRA system, new PCC apron and an expanded hydrant fueling system.
Managed the design and construction of several interior projects for major luxury high risers and buildings in NYC: 20 Pine Street (413 apartments), The Element (186 apartments), Bryant Park Towers (200+ apartments), 217 West Broadway and 304 Spring Street.
The Construction Project Manager team managed two Design-Build projects: the Tri-Rail Double Track Program and the New River Bridge Project along the South Florida Transit Corridor.
