1. Management of Continuous Improvement Projects: a. support to the specification definition phases on various company IT tools b. engagement of external suppliers for the monitoring and the control of the development activities progress c. support to the testing and validation phase of the new software development d. analysis and lesson learned at the end of the project, based on the definition and implementation of post-deployment monitoring KPIs 2. Support to the company change management, through the definition of new procedures/processes 3. Data analysis aimed at monitoring the progress of various business processes (e.g. management of design milestones, budget management, management of non-conformities), conducted through the use of synthetic performance indicators already in place or new ones 4. Organization of training sessions for internal resources, regarding updates of business tools and/or new implemented procedures and drawing up of company documentation in support
Main project: design of a new standard IT System for the structured management of the data involved in the industrialization of new purchasing components. Secondary activities: coordination between Manufacturing Department and other Company Departments to monitor and control the progress of the activities involved in setting up the production of a new vehicle, on time and to budget.
