Project and Construction Management (Wind Farm Construction sites): Support to the clients during the design and construction phases of: - access roads and construction site areas, crane platforms, cable laying, pilling works, soil replacement and foundation works. - Main contact person for the clients and subcontractors (crane company, transport company, construction company etc) during the design and construction phase. -Responsible of the construction site with complete management of it, ensuring the correct work advancements in terms of quality, times and costs. -support for the Handover of the wind farm to the service company and for the Taking over of the WECs and wind farm.
Risk assessment and management, activity of prevention and protection, according to the italian normative regulation of the Occupational Safety and Health (D.Lgs81/08). In particular: - Safety coordination and risk assessment on construction sites. - Safety coordination and emergency management for construction sites, maintenance activities and events. - HSE danger identification and risk assessment; - Compilation of Risk Evaluation documents and Emergency response plans; - HSE training (Construction and Industrial activities)
