With 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have developed a strong leadership background through a variety of strategic and operational roles. Currently, as Global Director of Body/Chassis/Interior/Mechatronics Value Optimization & Cost Efficiency at Stellantis, I lead a global team of over 500 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), driving cost efficiency and value optimization across all vehicle lines worldwide. Value Optimization Expertise Value Optimization is at the core of my work, encompassing all activities aimed at reducing the Total Product Cost (TPC) of vehicles in production. Through a methodological and structured approach, combined with deep operational expertise, I have successfully led initiatives that delivered half bilion each year in the past 3 years. My role requires a 360-degree approach, balancing cost efficiency with engineering excellence, ensuring product quality, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. I have developed and deployed strategies that systematically identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or enhancing product value. Leadership in Global Automotive Programs Before my current role, I held key leadership positions at FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, managing vehicle development programs across Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets.
