Currently, as Global Director of Body/Chassis/Interior/Mechatronics Value Optimization & Cost Efficiency at Stellantis, I lead a global team of over 500 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), driving cost efficiency and value optimization across all vehicle lines worldwide. Value Optimization Expertise Value Optimization is at the core of my work, encompassing all activities aimed at reducing the Total Product Cost (TPC) of vehicles in production. Through a methodological and structured approach, combined with deep operational expertise, I have successfully led initiatives that delivered half bilion each year in the past 3 years. My role requires a 360-degree approach, balancing cost efficiency with engineering excellence, ensuring product quality, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Leadership in Global Automotive Programs Before my current role, I held key leadership positions at FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, managing vehicle development programs across Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets. Lead the global Valuer Optimization Project for Body/Chassis/Interiors metafunction with more than 500FTE involved worldwide with a target of 0,5 Billion Euro per year. Lead the Innovation Technology Program Management BCI (Body, Chassis, Interiors) team. Manage 152 advanced projects with a budget of 18.2M€ across BCI technical domains to meet project targets and milestones.
Responsible to manage the development of the Business Case across the organization to achieve the Program Approval of new generation of Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Jeep brand cars imported in APAC region (China, India, South Korea, Japan, Australia and General Distribution markets). Introduced the Abarth brand in India with Punto Abarth Tjet 145Hp and Avventura Tjet 140Hp powered by Abarth (Oct. 2015). In September 2016 launched Avventura Urban Cross. Developed several Business plan for India and export markets as Jeep Renegade, and Jeep DUV 7 seaters and cost tracking plan for Jeep Compass.
