Moved by the desire to contribute to the improvement of people’s lives in some of the most marginalized areas of the world, I relocated to the outskirts of Nairobi, to provide a group of talented youths with the relevant theoretical and practical skills to demand and defend the human rights of their community.
Challenged to lead the Client Connectivity Product of the bank, worth more than 100M in annual revenues and the rollout of newer technologies to enable faster and optimized account management tools. As part of the process of harmonizing client service offering across the Deutsche Borse Group, I was tasked by Management to create and lead a service area for client connectivity across trading, clearing and settlement activities. In charge of a global team of almost 60 people located in several European hubs and US, I leveraged my people skills, to coach and promote the development of new leaders in their first management roles while maintaining the objective to achieve cost efficiencies.
