As Head of the EU Training Lab, I lead the academic and strategic development of a new Brussels-based training provider powered by Pracsis, dedicated to advancing professional excellence in EU affairs, public policy, communication, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership: Design and oversee the pedagogical framework, ensuring that all training programmes meet the highest academic and professional standards. Curriculum Development: Develop and curate learning pathways combining theoretical insight with hands-on practice in EU policymaking, communication, advocacy, and negotiation. Academic Coordination: Lead a network of trainers, experts, and practitioners to deliver engaging, impactful, and practice-oriented learning experiences. Strategic Direction: Shape the vision and positioning of the EU Training Lab as a centre of excellence for EU-focused capacity building and lifelong learning. Innovation in Learning: Introduce new methodologies blending in-person and digital learning formats, promoting interactive, experience-based education. Partnerships & Outreach: Foster collaborations with EU institutions, think tanks, academic partners, and professional networks to strengthen the Lab’s impact and visibility. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all courses and activities to ensure continuous improvement and relevance to EU professionals’ needs. Event Leadership: Oversee the design and delivery of flagship training events, including executive workshops, custom programmes, and thematic masterclasses.
