The experience at NonStop Recruitment has been incredibly stimulating, both career wise and personally. I have learnt how to become a resourcer for a Recruitment consultancy; more specifically I have learnt how to be successful in B2C sales and developed my communication and business skills. In the next phase of the training I also developed B2B sales and negotiation skills, as well as sharpened my multitasking and time management ability
I was required to work under the clock and be able to liaise with other co workers, especially once my role within the office began to be one of a Researcher for the 2015 Milan Exposition. I was successfully able to select 20 companies which are now being contact regarding sponsoring an event which has a budget of two Billion Euro. I was also required to publish an article in the Italian English Chamber of Commerce journal “Partnership”. The article, entitled “A New Birth For The Made in Italy Export” deals with the current situation of Italian trade in general, and more specifically with how the embassies are helping in the process of re-enhancement of Italian trade after the past “credit crunch”.
