As an Access expert with a decade of experience in both global and affiliate Access functions, I am adept at driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. Responsible for pricing & market access in Oncology and management of a team within the Market Access department of Roche Italy. Accountability to: Develop pricing strategies and policies that takes into consideration the specificity of the Italian environment and approaches for price determination (e.g. price differentiation for multiple indications, value based pricing, outcome based pricing). Understand and act on payers’ evaluation criteria and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform comprehensive market access strategies, secure and maintain access, reimbursement and affordability for own products/therapeutic area and for the healthcare system.
As the a.i. iSL for MS I am responsible for the global commercialization of Multiple Sclerosis portfolio, leading a cross functional, international team that includes key markets & global functions (incl. access, medical, marketing), to define Long and short term outcomes, strategies and tactics to reach more people living with MS faster around the globe.
