I’m an EU policy and project professional with a background that bridges institutions, ideas, and people. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across the European Parliament, regional offices, NGOs, and research institutions, gaining hands-on experience in legislative support, stakeholder engagement, and the coordination of EU-funded projects. My work has spanned policy areas I care deeply about: from employment and regional development to sustainability and marine policy. I’ve had the opportunity to draft policy briefings and amendments, support committee activities, organize international events, and help translate complex EU frameworks into meaningful, on-the-ground impact. What I enjoy most is working at the intersection of policy and people: creating connections between civil society, academia, and public institutions. I believe that good policy is about more than just structure and strategy; it’s about building trust, listening actively, and making space for diverse voices and ideas. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that even within large systems, small contributions can lead to meaningful change!
Supported MEP legislative and policy work within the EMPL, SANT, REGI, and ENVI committees. My role involved drafting background notes, briefings, and amendments, as well as tracking EU legislative and policy developments. I also coordinate stakeholder engagement by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining regular communication with NGOs, industry representatives, and regional authorities. Additionally, I contribute to the strategic communication efforts of the S&D Group by assisting with event organization, drafting correspondence, and ensuring alignment with group priorities across employment, regional development, and environmental policy.
Focused on managing international relations within marine research alliances by developing strategic communication plans and nurturing collaborations with global experts. I was responsible for organizing international events in both virtual and physical formats, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and overseeing administrative and financial follow-up. My work also included policy monitoring and analysis related to international and EU marine and ocean policies such as the Common Fisheries Policy and the EU Nature Restoration Law.
Worked on EU sustainability and social policies with a focus on the Just Transition Fund, EUDR, CS3D, and living wage initiatives. I contributed to the EU communication action plan through content creation, drafting of reports and minutes, and tracking of policy and media developments. Additionally, I supported the organization’s visual communications, donor engagement efforts, and event coordination, while handling various administrative tasks to streamline internal collaboration.
Engaged in research and analysis on EU funding programs such as Cohesion Policy, Erasmus+, and the Common Agricultural Policy. Represented the regional office at stakeholder events and policy discussions with EU institutions, think tanks, and regional partners. Contributed to project implementation efforts to strengthen the Campania Region’s EU partnerships and external relations.
Supported the management of EU-funded Higher Education projects by drafting work packages and contributing to project planning and implementation. Coordinated logistics and handled administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations and a high level of participant satisfaction.
