Leading installation and supporting testing of TRUMPF EUV Drive Lasers for photolithography within ASML’s cleanroom environment. Focused on manufacturing quality, field issue reduction, and process standardization in a high-precision environment. Main activities: • Cabin Lead (since 2022): coordinating engineering teams during installations and upgrades, ensuring correct build sequence, safe execution, and on-time progress. • On-Site Trainer (since 2023): delivering structured classroom and hands-on training (trained 40+ engineers), improving onboarding effectiveness and standardization of installation practices. • Commissioning support (since 2024): providing hands-on support during commissioning activities, contributing to issue analysis and alignment across installation, commissioning, and engineering teams. • Improving procedures, checklists, and work instructions, contributing to reduced recurring issues and faster containment. • Supporting field escalation containment through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. • Supporting the Project & Quality Department: root cause analysis and quality ticket management, contributing to faster issue resolution and process standardization.
