Leadership and Project Management • Completed the Grow2Project training program and supported transition projects in APAC related to the regionalization of the Expense Caretaker role. • Served as Project Lead for the transition project on the regionalization of the Expense Caretaker and Credit Card Program Administrator roles for France. • Supported the recruitment process for Regional Travel & Expense Manager and Intern within the Travel & Expense Management team. • Participated in leadership mentorship program led by a Bayer Team Leader. • Led Feedback Ambassador Community activities and delivered training on Feedback Culture and Psychological Safety for the CEE country group.
