I have previous experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking, with exposure to M&A and VC transactions. I am currently helping scale Odoo, one of Europe’s leading tech unicorns.

The group generates €1.4bn in systemwide sales with an EBITDAR of +€150m. • Main tasks: Conducting DCF analysis and developing financial models to support the Investment Committee in evaluating new restaurant expansions, monitoring c.€20m in CAPEX investments collaborating cross-functionally to optimize capital allocation, managing cash-flow forecast and leading variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to improve operational efficiency and company’s profitability.

The Leveraged Finance Capital Markets (LFCM) team is responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of: LBO and Corporate Leveraged financings, Integrated financing solutions to midcap and sub-investment grade corporate clients, Acquisition financing and refinancing for large firms and Investment grade bonds, coverage tasks and activities for selected Sponsor Group firms. • Main tasks: Client pitches (new acquisitions, refinancing, recap, extension), Market analysis, company profile, and performance, positioning, contribution to the risk analysis and financial projections modeling, Internal credit memo write-up, Taking part in the follow-up of exiting transactions/portfolio management.
