I'm Giulio, Italian Architect and Photographer. Born in Rome but passionate for travel. I lived in Venice, Padua, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi, London, Tokyo... Graduated at IUAV in Architecture, i've made several experiences in the building and interior design field since then. I am young professional willing to work in a creative and vibrant environment that allow me to have my space and that pushes the current limits of my abilities and of my creativity to the top. My main expectation is to work in a strongly “people oriented” architectural firm, who set people’s satisfaction as the main goal of their projects. Freelance Contractor role for RSHP. Focus on Revit project in high rise residential and office building, in USA, China and UAE. Main role consist in drawing details, coordination with consultants, develop the layout from SD to DD. Setup of project from cad to Revit, with participation on creation of the office standard and family library.
Bim Revit architect, with focus on 2 residential projects in London, stage 5; and a public building at stage 4. The role include a mix used commercial and residential building in prime location in Center london, and a 3 tower compound in East London. Both project were under construction, and the role include keeping the drawing up to date, coordinate the last-minute development due to the condition on site, updating building packages and details. The third project was a community center and a GP in Camden, London. This was a stage 4 project, a the key part of role was to coordinate the al BIM elements with consultant. All project were done in Revit.
BIM Contractor role for RSHP, with focus in Revit. The role included working on 2 commercial tower projects in China, at Detail Design stage. This included setting out drawing, detailing, and helping to move from the generic drawing to very detailed elements, including steelwork details, staircase drawing, coordination with MEP and Structural Eng. The work was entirely carried out in Revit 2019
Contractor job for Grimshaw, helping to deliver HS2 Euston Station in BIM. Worked with 40 people in 4 different teams, with focus on Euston London Underground and Euston Square station. Task included GA plans, scoping drawing, section, details and coordination of the Revit model. Key Project: London Underground Euston Station.
