Since my early start in the trading industry, I’ve worked hard to learn the fundamentals of trading to be independent and resilient when in charge of the company portfolio. Now I’m successfully putting my skills to practice in both the Steel, Scrap Industry and FerroAlloys, successfully trading across regions and closing several businesses with good profit margin. I’ve learned the key mechanism of trading, how to assess risk, to benchmark new market opportunities, to manage claims and market exposure.

At the time I joined the company, Satispay was still at a start-up phase and my responsibilities were first to build the small-merchant network in specific areas of Milan to then be entrusted of managing and dealing with medium-size merchants. I learnt to work on a target schedule, to be independent on my daily task and to negotiate with different size clients always returning with positive feedback and closed contracts. In Satispay I found a job that I really enjoyed doing, that never felt like working but instead to participate in a common vision were everyone was always involved and motivated to do better.
