Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership’s customers Interface with Service Technicians and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are being met Select new products and reviewing the old Find the right suppliers Develop merchandising, advertising and sales promotion plans to enhance the profitability of the department Develop and maintain efficient billing, costing and discount procedures. Updating inventory control system Ensure all incoming Parts are checked for conformity and price and return any non-conforming or damaged part with credit request or insurance claim. Maintain shipping and receiving timetables.
