Responsibilities includes: Software ownership and troubleshooting (Rockwell PLC), Integration with plant automation, CVS (computer system validation) activities. In parallel, I am involved in few optimization projects including both collaborative and traditional robotics across the plant.

Main activities include: follow and lead the development of new machines, manage suppliers for the existing products, provide support to customers both before installation and after, collaborate in the preparation of the economical offers for the new installations.
Development Engineer in one of the two main R&D centers of Tetra Pak. Working mainly with Induction Heating systems, from design and integration of power electronics to components design and FEM simulations to assess induction system performances. Specification ownership of one major system component taking care of all the product aspects, from periodic follow-up with supplier to issue resolution.
Two-year engineering trainee program, based on cross-organizational job-rotations with the goal of competence development in several businness areas and broad understanding of Tetra Pak. During the course of the two years I got a lot of insights in different sections of the company and business, ranging from FEM simulations and Automation to customer contact and supplier management. Some experiences from the program were: - Development of an endurance test rig for motor testing, based on Beckhoff Automation - Defining requirements and validation strategy for a main Tetra Pak project, working for 5 months in the System Engineering team in Lund, Sweden - Dealing with customer issues and claims for 3 months in Brazil and Argentina - Gaining supplier understanding, and participate to a supplier quality review in Luxembourg - Component testing and firmware development for Tetra Pak new power unit for Induction Heating in Modena, Italy.
