As a member of the Barilla Enterprise Architecture team, activities I have performed are: - set-up of Alfabet (an enterprise architecture tool by Software AG), creation of a Alfabet adoption plan for our IT colleagues with the aim of promoting it within the IT department. - Data feeding of Alphbet with data regarding applications, integrations, technological components and business processes - Analysis of the application ecosystem, validation of to-be architectures. - Analysis and evaluation of new application solutions to ensure compliance with Barilla policies. - Promotion of architectural guidelines
As a member of the enterprise architect team, I have been involved in the following projects Italian Media Company - Architectural Blueprint Architectural assessment of Publishing & Advertising and Web Solution Development functional area. The assessment had the aim to define an architectural blueprint and identify architectural pain points. Ticketing company - Technical Due Diligence As part of an acquisition process, a client requested BIP's support to carry out a Technical Due Diligence to analyze the target company's software from a technological, infrastructural and architectural point of view. Global Manufacturing Group - HCM Tool Architecture Design & Implementation Support The aim of the project was to map the HR application ecosystem in order to design the to–be architecture of new software. Ticketing company - Organizational & Technological Assessment The assessment was conducted to design the strategic roadmap for the next years. The project regarded the review of the Organizational Model (hard & soft skill assessment, analysis of the main business processes and redesign organizational chart) and the Technological landscape with a deep dive on product catalog in order to guide top management in the rationalization of catalog. Global telco operator – PM for the tender writing As part of client’s ongoing digital transformation project, it was decided to re-develop an existing system from scratch. Therefore, the project involved drafting an RFQ and providing support to the company during the RFQ process.
