HR responsible for 52 HC of Andorra staff, market & GSC, member of the Andorra Excom (board of directors) and in charge of the recruitment, training & development and compensations & benefits processes. Also responsible for the whole general services processes (cafeteria, cleaning, premises maintenance, etc.) and the reception (visitors and calls).

Reporting directly to the HR Corporate Director (Spain) and the Alarm Business Corporate Director (Argentine). Responsibilities: Analysis, design, development, implementation and follow up of a new HR model for sellers/operating staff and their supervisors, focused in three pillars: recruitment (position description, develop tools for a competency-based recruitment), training/development (new hire orientation, annual training plan) and variable remuneration; with impact in more than 800 workers. Change management, communication strategy, coordination with senior executive of each country and training local teams. Achievements: reduced by half the learning curve for new employees and increased in 20% their historic average productivity. The recruiting process timeframe and costs were down in 50% and 20%, respectively. The variable remuneration scheme was changed for a more motivating and efficient new system. The improvements mentioned were reached by developing a new HR model focused in three pillars: recruitment, training/development and variable remuneration/recognition.
