What I do As a Chief Product Officer (CPO) at DefHawk, I am leading the vision, strategy, design, and development of the product we are building to provide a holistic cybersecurity ecosystem where students, professionals, and organizations engage and grow. Being a little risk taker and passionate about experiencing and learning new things, In the last 10 years I have worked in almost every department there is. I started my career with Sales and Marketing. I worked as a hardcore sales person for 3 years and also experienced other things like conducting marketing campaigns and event management during that time. Since childhood, I was always very enthusiastic about product development, so eventually decided learn coding and become a full time application developer. Since 2016, I have worked with multiple startups from India, USA, and Israel working in different sectors like Edtech, Healthcare, SAAS, blockchain as a lead full stack developer. I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2021 with an idea that didn’t workout well but gave me an amazing opportunity to learn in depth about design thinking. I learned about the psychology behind designing innovative products (UI/UX), banners, brochures, and presentations. Leading local businesses to the digital age
Developed an online streaming platform that allows users to schedule video streaming to multiple platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc., all at once. Built the whole platform from scratch based on the idea without any designs or references. Helped conduct market research and gather information regarding the competition and customers.
Developed the marketplace to sell NFTs with end-to-end payment integration via crypto and credit card. Created an admin dashboard to manage and upload NFTs to the marketplace. Implemented SSR and styled and reusable components for maximum performance and scalability. Integrated ESLint and prettier to maintain code quality. Implemented test solutions using Jest and wrote unit test cases. Added Sentry to track and resolve all unwanted crashes and errors.
I maintained the company’s online presence by developing and designing the landing page and content for social media posts. I designed the UI/UX of the mobile application and admin panel for business automation. Hired and trained new talent in the tech department. Architected and developed the backend for the mobile applications. Worked with the CEO to create an effective business plan and reach out to incubators and potential investors. Helped Improve company’s operations by setting up clear goals, sorting responsibilities, and implementing a target-based approach. I helped them to generate new customer leads at the demo events organized at the residential societies in Delhi NCR.
