Hey! I'm Giselle Ugarte. (That's pronounced: Jiz-elle Yoo-gar-dee, like “party") Imagine if Tony Robbins and Gary Vaynerchuk had a baby… with J.Lo. That’s me. I’m an executive performance coach, professional speaker, content creator, risk taker with big energy and great shoes. I help CEOs, founders, executives and forward-facing leaders become the most professionally authentic, unshakably confident and contagiously bold version of themselves -- online, on stage, in the boardroom and especially when the pressure is on. Because leaders are expected to be more vocal and visible than ever. You’re expected to command the room, speak on camera, lead the hard conversation, inspire trust, represent the brand and perform when all eyes are on you. (And that's easier said than done when some of you fear public speaking more than death, hate how they look and sound more than you want to admit, and you never really know when someone is going to pull out their phone and hit record. My work gets you and your team into action long before you feel “ready.”) For nearly two decades, I’ve studied how influence, attention and trust are built in real time. I began my career in television, production and live media, and was an early creator on YouTube long before “influencer,” “personal brand” or “creator economy” entered the conversation. Today, my licensed coaching programs and communities serve thousands of professionals each month, with a collective following of more than 500,000 people and over a billion video views. My clients and students include a Grammy-winning artist, a Super Bowl champion and a Shark Tank deal-maker, and my work has been featured in AdWeek, Forbes, Good Morning America and The Hollywood Reporter. TikTok also named me one of its Top 100 Women to Watch in my first year on the platform. Most recently, I launched a daily podcast called She Wrestles with God, it's a faith-forward podcast for ambitious women navigating business, relationships, confidence, and untangling the uncomfortable (and sometimes very messy and imperfect) process of becoming who God called us to be. (In the first 90 days, we brought in more than 7.5 million views, which is quite a miracle). I’m a proud USC Trojan, lifelong Special Olympics coach, President of the Young Professionals Board in Texas, newly engaged, and wildly in love with my fiancé, my eight-year-old long-haired chihuahua, Penelope Cruz (also known as Miss P) and his Belgian Malinois Lupe.
